With regular changes to the Lettings industry over the last few years, and in particular the last year, we
decided to join a service that could help and advise us legally on situations that we experience.
We have tried others in the past and they were terrible. I knew Hamilton Fraser were bringing out a legal
helpline service, and as soon as they launched it I signed up.
Not long after joining I phoned the helpline for advice on a serious situation. The gentleman I spoke to
was helpful, knowledgeable and knew the right legislation to help me. He then followed up our call with a
detailed email giving me all the information I needed to move forward. On another note, he also informed
me of a new procedure that by us implementing has saved around 10 minutes when creating tenancy
documents – doesn’t sound like much but it’s a big help to us. It’s a relief to be able to talk to someone
knowledgeable about potential issues and talk through the options.
So far I’m very impressed and would recommend other businesses who need someone knowledgeable to
talk to about potential legal issues, need legal help and advice to join today.
